Management Team

The founders and management team are strongly committed to the development of IBF. They have individually been successful in founding companies and managing startups in the technology, real estate, finance and commodity marketplaces. They have spent considerable personal resources and time in developing its concepts to the current ready-to-go market state. They are experienced in managing large-scale projects and have substantial backgrounds in energy contracts. The team has over 75 years of management experience in start up companies as founders and key management and 10 years of biofuel technology experience.

Alisa Alley, Chairman/CEO

Alisa Alley is a Naval Officer, currently on inactive duty, with 30 years of military experience advancing to a rank of O6 Captain USN. Her current duty is as a Forensic Medical Doctor with the Navy. Captain Alley has served as a veteran in three wars. Dr. Alley has a family history in the natural gas industry in Mississippi. Dr. Alley brings her military training and front line leadership skills and experience to focus the company in its execution of the marketing and sales of biofuels to major users and government customers. In addition to her fine qualities as a leader, her heritage allows the company to claim Native American, veteran, and woman ownership and management.

David Olson, Treasurer/CFO

David Olson brings an extensive background in startup and entrepreneurial experience to the company. David is also Managing Director and co-founder (one of two partners) of Breakwater Investment Group, LLC. David holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of California at Irvine and earned a Bachelor of Science, with Cum Laude honors, in Information and Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine. David has 18 years of finance industry experience and a NASD Series 65 license.

Jean Marie Murphy, Operations Director

Jean Marie Murphy brings 20 years of experience in the successful day to day operations of a company. Her skill set is both diverse and proficient in the back office operations of the company and its daily contacts with both internal and external relationships of the company.
